    I used to love this store when I was in the area however, after my last experience, I won't shop here again. When I walked in, nobody was at the register. No one. This is odd because every other store in the chain has someone manning the front of the store. This location does not have self-checkout so customers are totally reliant on a cashier to complete a transaction. I eventually found an item I wanted to buy and went up to the register. Still nobody there. So, I called out "hello, is anyone available to help me check out?" Nothing. I waited a bit longer and even checked a few of the nearby aisles, thinking someone might be stocking items but they weren't so again I called out. Finally, a woman in her 30's with short dark hair came up and started berating me. Instead of apologizing, she deflected and said she was helping another customer at the far end of the store and told me I shouldn't have called out. She was actually making it my fault that the store was understaffed! I'm in the wrong because there's nobody at the front of the store? Wow. Wanting to complete my purchase and leave, I proceeded to pull out my wallet but this employee wasn't done with me yet. Apparently, she wanted to continue our conversation in front of others. I immediately shut that down, saying "you're weren't here. How was I was supposed to know anyone was in the store? I couldn't find any other employees so that's why I called out. Drop it. Let's move on." Thankfully, she did just that. I completed my purchase and left. This spot is right off the freeway and there's plenty of parking, however, after this I won't be back. I get that retail has changed. I understand that stores are struggling but don't blame customers for not hiring enough employees.

    This store had a large variety of most things I was looking for. I did find a doggy shirt for my pet, but I eventually found what would work. Cashier staff super helpful

    We asked one of the workers to help us find the tiny frog, That person help us just kinda moved things around inside the fish tank then that person said I can’t find it. And then left us and helped other costumers but my daughter really wanted the frog and we saw it when someone else is getting fish inside the tank for other people. My husband approached that person who is helped us for like short time asked her if there’s is someone who can help us find the frog, that person’s response to my husband is there is nobody else to help us and she will not stand there in the fish tank to look for the frog. Like literally told that to my husband. She is not even doing anything at that point and no other costumer needed help. Like that person doesn’t want business. Very disappointed to her response.

    I ordered for pickup. The instructions via the app were to park near the entrance and submit “I’m here” in the app. I waited nearly 10 minutes before calling. Called a total of 4 times before someone answered and there was 0 acknowledgment of the wait or inconvenience. When someone FINALLY brought my order out I was informed that I should have parked along the red/fire zone in front of the door. I asked if that means they just ignore notifications via the app or the phone for that matter and I just got a shrug in response. Definitely won’t be back.

    They informed me that if my dog did not like the treat, I could return it for a refund. This is an excellent policy, and I appreciated it.
