And then left us and helped other costumers but my daughter really wanted the frog and we saw it when someone else is getting fish inside the tank for other people. My husband approached that person who is helped us for like short time asked her if there’s is someone who can help us find the frog, that person’s response to my husband is there is nobody else to help us and she will not stand there in the fish tank to look for the frog. Like literally told that to my husband. She is not even doing anything at that point and no other costumer needed help. Like that person doesn’t want business. Very disappointed to her response.

Called a total of 4 times before someone answered and there was 0 acknowledgment of the wait or inconvenience. When someone FINALLY brought my order out I was informed that I should have parked along the red/fire zone in front of the door. I asked if that means they just ignore notifications via the app or the phone for that matter and I just got a shrug in response. Definitely won’t be back.
