I was charged extra for an Oatmeal bath for my little girl because I told them she was sensitive and itchy. She came home as itchy as before. Otherwise, they both were treated well and clean.

Following the grooming session last Friday, my dog has been itching a lot especially around his tail bone and back areas . This has never happened before and I know that this isn’t due to any food allergy as he is eating the same food for past several months .

- BHBrenda HernandezSep 28, 20251.0I took my 4 lb Chihuahua in on Friday, she had 1tooth left, she's a runner not a biter, I got a call about 4-5 minutes later saying she charged the groomer and her last tooth fell out, she might snarl at someone but she is not a biter, if she can run she will. The next day my husband picked her up and she cried, I picked her up that evening and she cried, she was in for a grooming Friday, she's 11 years old, tiny little girl and she's not the same, she's very timid now. My husband just picked her up again and she cried. WHAT HAPPENED 😔 pretty sad.
