I was recently at the store to stock my aquarium and was assisted by "Jed". He was kind, courteous, and helpful. He helped me select fish that would work well together in my tank. I wanted live plants, and he helped with that as well. They didn't have enough of the plants I wanted, so he asked for my phone number so he could call when they were available. The next week, the plants did not arrive, so he called to make sure I did not waste time coming to the store to check whether the plants were there. The following week, he called to inform me they were there. Upon my arrival, I watched him closely as he inspected the plants and picked the healthiest batch for me. That's above and beyond for me, and I notice things like that. Thank you, and hats off to "Jed"!
