While I was browsing the aquarium section and showing interest in several fish, a staff member nearby didn’t approach to offer help. When I went to the front desk for assistance, I was told that live animals aren’t sold after 8:30 PM. I explained that I’d been trying to locate a staff member in the fish department, but no one was available. Afterwards I asked a sales associate for help and he refused to assist. This experience left me with a very poor impression of your customer service and the clarity of your policies.
