The receptionists at Santa Fe Hospital are so nice. You are warmly greeted as you walk in the door. We were there to have our dogs get their distemper and rabies vaccines. They are hard to handle even for us but the workers didn’t have a problem with them. Kudos to the ladies!!!!

Rude and dismissive. My kitten got injured last night and the first appointment I could find was at another clinic at 4 pm. I called around 12, 2, and 3 pm each time requesting records be sent. The first 2 times the tech was nice and said they would send it off and was confused about why I didn’t get it the first time. When I didn’t get it a second time, I called for the third time and was told “they’re busy and will get to it when they can.” I appreciate that they are busy but I called earlier in the day and this is an urgent situation that I could not have planned for. The first 2 calls they told me they would send it right over, so I also thought it was a technical issue as to why I wasn’t receiving the records. The lady on the phone was very dismissive and said she would “try” to send them before my appointment. They clearly couldn’t care less about my kitten that is hurt and I won’t be taking my animals here anymore going forward. She was just so rude and I’m just trying to get his records for his visit. It’s in 45 mins and the records have still not been sent.
