The girl at the register , Alina or Alissa cant remember , sorry , was extremely helpful and pleasant , and was having a instructional event at 2 pm and invited us to come back . Smart business sense here the day of this review . I review businesses on Google after i use their services, hence the 1 Million views of my posts

Arrived, only to be told they were unable to groom her because it takes 3 hours and they had to leave at 5:45 PM. Was told I had to reschedule. First time experience dealing with Petco. Luckily I was able to get her in at PetSmart the next morning.

I was impressed that as I walked in she immediately stopped what she was doing, looked at me and said we will be right with you sir. I walked off to go look for what I needed and she quickly came to find me to help me. It was very refreshing to experience such great customer service as these days I find it lacking most places I shop. She spent time helping me choose a body suit for my puppy who had just been neutered and didnt seem irritated that I was taking up her time with all my questions. The clerk that checked me out was also very pleasant and personable. Will continue to shop at the Merced Petco as my experience was fabulous!!!

We went in for some much-needed treats, and Anthony did an excellent job with ringing up our purchase. He is a very nice guy, and we look forward to seeing him again on our next visit. Also the prices are much better than other places. Thanks again.
