(I would think that they would know ahead of time the type of dogs they are grooming for the day to avoid this kind of thing for the Groomer and the costumers). This was a very big inconvenience for my husband and I. There was no discount offered for the inconvenience. Once we were finally able to get her groomed a couple days later, they did a wonderful job with her. I may change my rating later and give a better review if this kind of thing does not happen the next time we take her.
