This Petco is less than a mile from my house here in Menifee- and this last time I went in I asked an employee for help and she told me no the fish were acclimating(I’ve come on shipment days and they’ve sold me a fish straight from the box in the suppliers bag) so I said I just need two snails. She proceeded to say she can’t help me due to a late livestock shipment and they’re all working overtime to process the shipment so I need to come back since she or anyone else can help me. Very disappointed by the poor customer service skills. I won’t be going to this Petco any more. I will drive 10+ miles Murrieta and or Temecula where the customer service is much better. Heaven forbid I ask any care questions at the Menifee location.

I got my Isabella the cutest sweater ever! They had a very good sale. The customer service was super nice, and knowledgeable . Their competitors are helpful but sometimes not as friendly. Anyway I am definitely going back for their sales. I hope they have rewards too.

I can actually go in with my pet and see how they handle my pet and talk with the doctor. Unlike the Menifee vet across the way which has your pet brought in to the office but you speak with the vet by phone from the lobby. Menifee Petco has Great service too!
- ASally schickDec 8, 20254.0Employees are sweet and friendly. An employee I think named Sydney was helpful with my dog’s training! I asked her to try and pet my shy dog. She got a couple treats and was really patient with him. My dog finally allowed her to pet him! The store can be a little bit crowded, but that’s not their fault! I always try to come when there’s less people which usually works out for me and my dog.
