- SASarah A.Mar 24, 20254.0I made an appointment for the vaccine clinic and checked in via the app/text but never received a phone call or anything to “go over” my pet’s records or anything. I arrived early and texted that I had arrived as instructed. I sat for ten or so minutes and finally went inside. I was confused and did not know that I had to go inside to check in because I thought it was through the phone and that they would call me in. I wasted time in my car waiting and it looked like a couple people maybe jumped ahead in line because I was in my car. I don’t understand making an appointment and checking in via the app if people can jump ahead anyway. Thankfully there was no line and I got in right away. If there had been a line I would have been disappointed to know that I was waiting for nothing.
