White guy with a bowl cut and glasses (I believe his name tag said Ty) is the most condescending, rude, and passive aggressive person I’ve met. I’m surprised anyone would hire him, but I guess assistant manager at a petco is the peak of his professional career. I hope upper management can find a way to resolve his incompetence, I’ll be happy to explain to them why he is making that store lose money through lack of hospitality and poor communication skills. But you definitely lost my business as long as he works there. Unsolicited advice: Ty, if you want to leave so quickly then take your last baths at 7:30, but don’t tell me while drying that’s it’s 8pm and I need to ‘wrap it up’. Read the room, I’m drying my dog. That by definition is the act of wrapping up a dog’s bath. God forbid you ever said please.
