We've complained about the El Cerrito store repeatedly, but you still haven't hired anyone of value there, so we refuse to shop there. The customer service at the Martinez and Sloat stores, on the other hand, are great. Staff at these store have been very helpful and patient...just wish we didn't have to drive so far.
