The store is always well stocked and at checkout the clerk always asked me if I need any help with my rewards, etc.. The other Petco in Santa Monica on Wilshire never help me out and their food just for dogs is always either out or in the wrong labeled area so you pick up the wrong food Or leave without it

I watched three employees moving around, one assisting at the register, another floating between aisles, and a third greeting guests as they entered. Not once was I acknowledged. I stood patiently in line, waiting for a chance to ask for help. While I waited, two other customers walked in and were immediately assisted, skipping right past me as if I didn’t exist. I felt like a ghost in plain sight. When I finally said “excuse me,” another guest entered and went straight to the counter. The staff member turned away from me mid-sentence to greet them and ask if they were there for pickup. That was the last of my patiences. walked out, frustrated and unseen.
