She was brought in for what should have been a simple dental check. Instead, without performing a proper oral exam or waiting for her lab results, the vet injected her with Convenia — a long-acting antibiotic contraindicated for animals with seizures. I explicitly approved a different medication (Clindamycin), yet they administered Convenia behind closed doors and without my consent. The technician who took her “in the back” was rude, dismissive, and later lied, claiming he wasn’t even there that day. The lack of honesty and empathy was as disturbing as the negligence itself. Within hours, my sweet girl was gone. The clinic then tried to rewrite the record — no accountability, no compassion, and no answers. Do not trust this facility. Demand written consent for everything. Never let them take your animal “in the back.” This wasn’t a mistake. It was reckless, unethical, and deadly. They charged me $1,000 to kill my dog. ⚠️ Be warned. Protect your fur babies. Don’t let this happen to you.
