- IAIman AyubiDec 10, 20251.0fernanda the stylist that did my dogs haircut cut him very uneven and he was very skittish after the haircut which for some reason took 4 hours, and she told me she couldn’t cut his nails or face bc he’s aggressive and biting her? When I came to pick him up she told me I would have to pay the whole service even tho she couldn’t complete the service and was extremely rude. My dog is a 8 lb small Shih Tzu who doesn’t bite nor is aggressive with any groomer so I’m not sure what they were doing In there to cause him to be like that. I also don’t know why it took 4 hours and 30 mins to complete a regular haircut and bath when he wasn’t even matted. I was told I was gonna get an update by the manager the next day and nobody called me. Unprofessional ! Do not recommend!
