  Was greeted by Ayme and Sara as soon as I walked through the doors. They were able to answer all my questions. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you for all your help. I’ll definitely be back soon.

  This location is truly fantastic. We have been coming here many years. Their food has been the best thing for all four of our dogs on a daily basis. Moreover, this particular location has an amazing staff who are incredibly kind, considerate, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful.

  My husband pre-ordered a 25 lbs bucket of the venison mix over the phone and was told (it was over speakerphone so I heard it, too) that he can come and pick it up on Sunday between 5 and 7pm. Now, we've been ordering the same thing for years now and used to have it delivered but since we moved to Long Beach we're just outside of their delivery range. So for months now we've been picking up our orders. It just so works out that we always pick it up at around 5:30pm on Sunday. Today he had to go a little later but since he was told loud and clear that he can swing by before 7pm, he wasn't worried. He got there at 6:07pm and the door was locked. The staff were still there and they saw him but motioned to him that there's no way they can let him in. He called multiple times trying to talk to someone and explain that THEY told him he could come before 7pm. They wouldn't pick up. They could see him through the glass door but wouldn't even come out even. Yes, on the door it says Sun till 6pm but that is not what we were told on the phone on Friday. We have been with this company from the very beginning, before they opened multiple locations and became popular. I literally spoke to the owner of the company on the phone several times because in the beginning they definitely had a lot of wrinkles to smooth out. The owner was cool but customer service has always been hit or miss. Frankly, this is just very on brand. The people who work there always act like they're above customers and I'm so over it. It's unacceptable. We pay so much for this food that we can't switch from because our dog has severe IBD, and this incident illustrates the brand's attitude.
