I came in before he was done and watched and she was very patient with him. He is not the most cooperative but watching her try to soothe him and teach him to not be afraid made me happy. The store as a whole isn’t the cleanest and some of the staff at the register aren’t always the friendliest but I will come back and recommend others to do so because of her!

They both constantly are on their phones ignoring customers. will not be coming back to this Petco it’s such an inconvenience and waste of time first you had to manually open the doors since they had parakeets flying around for about a week and now they have NO SHOPPING CARTS!

It seems like they don't want to sell the fish. I bought a 20-gallon tank, a water pump suitable for that tank, and about three goldfish, and she kept questioning me about everything, telling me to buy a bigger tank and things like that. It seemed absurd. A week later, I went back to buy more goldfish, and now they wouldn't sell me any more until I bought another tank. The manager was just as stupid. It seems like they just want us to spend more money. In the end, you're losing customers. In Fresno, I found a Petco that actually provides good service and sells to me without any problems.
