I took my son in on December 14, 2025 to purchase a genie pig for Christmas for my son and the coworker and manager were very very rude to my son and I. She would not allow me to purchase a genie pig unless I purchase the cage that she requires and I wanted a different cage so she started getting very upset and stated that she was getting upset because I would not purchase the cage she wanted me to. In front on my child and he had to see her very uncomfortable way towards me and my son never again will I step foot in that place that girl needs to be fired . Very unprofessional and uncomfortable..
- AMAllie MDec 10, 20251.0Went in to look at the animals and i was taken aback when i saw the condition of the store. It was so dirty and unorganized, and this is just where the animals were. Some of the enclosures were dirty with poop in or around. I was just shocked especially because there were 3 employees in front of the store just standing there, one of them on their phones. I’m not sure if this is normal for Petco standards but it feels wrong on many levels. I mean look at how sad that parakeet enclosure it lol.
