    BEWARE OF PREDATORY COST TRAP my pet was sick. I was under stress and I didn't know how bad it was and wanted to act quick. They offer free consultation but that's just bait because they'll charge you a lot for their medication and other fees and will use every trick the book to make sure theyd get your money unreasonably first off they have almost no transparency at all because they refused to tell the price and wouldn't even give a estimate until the very last possible minute which is the very little transparency they have left. I had to ask a dozen times before finally getting a bunch of fees. that alone is shady business practice as they're required to tell that I then asked if I can get it prescribed and they were hesitant to give but did it anyway because they were forced to but when I tried getting it, they purposely claim I declined it and they started making up a bunch of excuses on why I cant get it when they're required to provide it regardless of not having a doctor or anything. So they try to persuade me to using either some online service or their own medicine but the process was conveniently complicated and they straight up told me they can't do all the work for me as now I have to be my own perscriber. The pharmacy ended up providing a solution and I ended up getting what I needed without giving them anything that they never deserved for being thieves the fact that they're trying to take advantage of my situation all for profit, it's absolutely diabolical. and on top of that they made big pharma look like the good guys in this situation. disgusting. never going back again and I advise everyone if you go to know your rights and do whatever it takes to get what you need, I spent my entire weekend resolving it and I never been so disappointed in such awful service. and on top of all that they even gave me another medicine not to help my pet feel better, but to make sure I come back for another visit as it's only useful for one day before the next visit without even knowing the outcome. I ended up saving 75% by avoiding their BS they were running a predatory pricing tactic and even tried to make me guil trip me making me look awkward for trying to get the right price and service as they started sounding very hostile If you love your pet and are interested in not getting taken advantage of, either know what you're getting yourself into or go someplace that actually loves pets

    They were nice & gentle with our baby, but the prices are exorbitant. There are much more affordable clinics. Paid about $100 for a wellness exam in addition to the $300 package we chose for our kitten’s first visit. Prior to leaving, the recep assured us it’d only cost $30 for the booster shot / 2nd visit - citing due to it being with a different vet as the one that we had doesn’t work there on the day we scheduled… Ok fine. When we came back for the booster shot, they charged another $100 wellness exam fee. We didn’t bother disputing it; I’m sure they had some bs answer ready to go lol. Just left knowing we won’t be back & lesson learned, ask for everything in writing/email. Just glad our baby was returned to us safe & sound, that’s what mattered most!

    My experience was FANTASTIC!!!! My dog, Luna, was very well taken care of and l was very pleased with the entire visit. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for future visits.
