Not having access to prescription pads and relying only on online orders may work for some, but it doesn’t work for me. I travel often and sometimes need medication or prescription dog food the same day—it’s not a convenience issue, it’s a necessity. What stayed with me most, though, was how I was treated. When I tried to explain my situation, the manager came across as condescending and completely lacking empathy. As the sole caregiver for my ailing parents while also caring for a sick dog, I’m already stretched thin. I wasn’t looking for special treatment—just a little understanding. This experience really hurt. I’ll have to go elsewhere

It is nice to go to a vet that has the patience for our pup and takes the time to make him comfortable. Highly recommend! Also prices are reasonable (:

Got an appointment with less that one days notice and they were able to help my dog so much. Highly recommend to anyone.
