  as i was doing a door dash order i was trying to purchase something and this guy named walter was my cashier and when he asked if i had a phone number he said to decline it and i tried to press the red x on the keyboard but then he rudely spoke up louder and with a aggressive voice said on the screen i dont know what’s happening in his life nor do i care but he should not be treating customers like that and im also a consistent customer because i have myself a koi fish and a dog but i will not be returning to any petco if this is how customer service is like please do something about it because i did not feel welcomed at all

  I enrolled my 2 year old Frenchie, Gigi, at Petco for the beginner training classes. We took the group class but it wound up only being two dogs in the group including Gigi. I think the price is very reasonable. I was assigned to the trainer Lilly and I am very pleased with my dog’s progress! Gigi is a good dog overall, but I didn’t work as hard as I could have when she was a puppy to train her, so I was anxious that maybe staring to train her when she was 2 years old may be too late. I was wrong, because Lilly had done a great job at teaching Gigi and I long term methods and keys to keeping your dog in check. Lilly is very kind and has a lot of patience when teaching. She is also very knowledgeable about dogs so if I ever came to her with a problem she always had a solution or would help me think of one. After finishing the 6 weeks beginners course Gigi is definitely more obedient and listens more overall, which was one of the main things I wanted to take away from the class. Gigi and I will take the advanced class with Lilly and i’m convinced that she will make great process there as well. We are looking forward to it, and certainly recommend requesting Lilly as a trainer. I also take Gigi to Petco for their grooming services. I think they do a great job, and Gigi always looks and feels nice and clean. She also smells clean for a long time. Their prices are reasonable here as well!

  Lily is mine and my dog albus’s dog trainer and she is amazing! Very friendly, has answers to my questions, and is very focused on making sure the dogs succeed!
