Her attitude was extremely UNFRIENDLY , DISMISSIVE , and UNPROFESSIONAL. Instead of assisting, Shay made it feel like her only goal was to get customers to leave as quickly as possible. What made the situation even worse was that Shay kept giving information that did not seem honest or transparent. Dealing with Shay was frustrating because it felt like I was being misled rather than helped. Employees like Shay reflect very poorly on the store and completely ruin the customer experience. Petco should seriously address behavior like this.
