I had 2 dogs in the store with me at the time. I asked the cashier for 1 bag and she wanted 10c. I am very disappointed that I could not get I bag for free.at that time. Where is the empathy for regular customers?

She lacks in customer service, manners (comes off like the customer is interrupting her), ALWAYS has problems when ringing up items (it takes her a few attempts to get it right), very curt and tends to complain about her day. Her misery is making it miserable to go into Petco.
