I want to take a moment to express how grateful I am for this animal hospital and the entire team who works here. From the moment we walked in, every staff member has been incredibly warm, patient, and truly caring. The hospital recently moved to a new location, and the facility is impressively large, modern, and spotless. It immediately gives you confidence that your pet is in good hands.
My dog is quite old and has multiple health issues, and at other clinics I was often told that there wasn’t much they could do because of his age. It was discouraging to feel like there were no real options to help him feel better. However, after coming to this hospital, everything changed. The doctors here took the time to examine him thoroughly, explain what was going on, and create a treatment plan that actually made a difference.
Since receiving care at this clinic, my dog’s condition has improved so much. He seems more comfortable, more active, and overall much happier. Watching him gain back some quality of life has meant the world to me, and I am genuinely thankful for the dedication and compassion the team has shown.
It is rare to find a place where both the medical expertise and the kindness of the staff stand out so clearly. I feel very fortunate to have found this hospital, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants the best care for their pets.

This is the most incompetent veterinary clinic I have ever been to. I lost my best friend today because of their negligence.
Before surgery, my dog’s blood work already showed elevated BUN and creatinine, with calcium also slightly elevated—clear indicators that his kidneys were already under stress. This was visible on the first blood test, yet these results were never shared with me.
Despite these red flags, the veterinarian proceeded with anesthesia for what was supposed to be a simple ear hematoma repair. The anesthesia triggered a severe metabolic reaction, causing the calcium-regulating gland to go into overdrive, which led to acute renal failure. This sequence of events was preventable and should have been anticipated given the lab results.
Instead of taking responsibility, the veterinarian attempted to gaslight me, insisting my dog must have ingested poison such as antifreeze—despite the fact that I had eyes on him the entire time. This felt like an attempt to deflect blame rather than acknowledge the role their medical decisions played.
The staff was dismissive and unprofessional, especially the veterinarian. They did not welcome questions and seemed irritated when I asked for explanations. When my dog’s condition rapidly declined and they could no longer help him, they essentially told me to take him elsewhere so he was no longer their responsibility.
I am completely devastated. A procedure that was described as routine ended my best friend’s life because critical lab results were ignored and never discussed with me.
Never allow your pet to undergo anesthesia or surgery without reviewing blood work in detail with the veterinarian. If a clinic proceeds without full transparency or resists questions, walk away.
If I could give negative stars, I would.

I honestly can’t thank Western Animal Hospital enough. My baby Cookie had a serious deep bite wound due to a cat fight he got into and they were able to save him through laceration surgery. Dr.Kim here is truly skilled and really knows what she’s doing, I felt completely confident leaving my baby in her hands. The whole team was so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring from beginning to end. You can really feel that they treat our pets like family, not just another case.
I’ll be honest, I was skeptical about coming here at first because of the mixed reviews. But thank goodness I took them with a grain of salt and followed my heart, because I would’ve missed out on this hidden gem. This place has been such a blessing, and I’m so grateful I trusted my instinct.
The cost was also very reasonable, especially for the level of care they provided. And their affordable membership program has honestly been such a huge help with today’s inflation, it makes quality vet care so much more manageable.
Thank you to the entire hospital staff for your hard work, compassion, and the love you show to every pet who walks through your doors. My heart is full knowing my baby was in the best hands. You guys are awesome and I’m truly grateful to have a animal hospital where I can fully trust and leave my babies in the best care throughout their lifetime❤️
