Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
Always great..quick and so much cheaper than my vet. Henry and I thank you very much.

It’s a nice store, staff are friendly and I’m sure they are caring professionals. That said, they’re placing potential profit over the customer experience. They have far too many available time slots and simply cannot accommodate the time that you schedule because of that.
If you’re going to request that customers arrive 10 minutes before their appointment, it would make sense for the customer to be able to have a general idea of when their appt would be. If you have 45-60 minutes to wait for services (after your schedule appt time) then this place is great.
If you’re terribly inpatient like me and my dog, then go to a vet and pay a bit more. For transparency - I simply left after 30 minutes because there were several people still waiting ahead of me.
