Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
I took my cat to the clinic to get a prescription. When I found out the prescription I was getting was not the one I wanted, the attending veterinarian told me she would change the prescription to the one I desired. I found out that the prescription had not been changed. I called and was put on hold and they forgot I was waiting. I called again and was told they couldn’t change the prescription and then they said they were busy and hung up on me.

Over priced. This service is a rip off. I took my dog for a physical and they charged 70 dollars. Then 1 week later I called back to get a vaccine for my dog. Instead of quoting me a price for the vaccine only, they wanted to charge a full 70 for physical, charge for the vaccines, and a disposal fee. Another 45.00 for vaccine plus 70 and 5.99. That's a rip off. Never going back here again. And, customer support over the phone is horrible the way they speak with people. VETCO won't last with these prices and service.
