I scheduled an appointment for my cat end of January to which I got a call a few hours before the time of my appointment from this vet that they will need to reschedule due to the doctor leaving early. I tried to call them back to reschedule but got no answer even after leaving a voicemail no call back. I then rescheduled on their website for the earliest appointment which was end of February to which again, same day, got a call from this vet that the Dr is leaving early and I will need to reschedule. I called and left a voicemail, waited 24-48 business hours with no response. Called again and was told I had to wait another month for another appointment. How this place is operational is beyond me.
Needed to bring my cat due to an emergency Called and phone went to voicemail but I couldn’t leave a voicemail . I arrived during operation hours (before the lunch time closure ) and there was no one here. Not sure why.

I brought my cat in for a routine vaccination. My cat had no visible symptoms and appeared completely healthy.
The clinic recommended additional blood and urine testing, and I agreed. During the blood draw, I was suddenly told that my cat was having difficulty breathing. An oxygen mask was placed on him, and shortly afterward he went into cardiac arrest. CPR and emergency measures were performed, but he passed away at the clinic.
I understand that unexpected medical emergencies can occur. However, what made this experience even more traumatic was how it was handled.
The manager asked me to leave the treatment area without offering any apology or empathy, and the communication felt dismissive and cold during an extremely devastating moment.
When I asked questions about what happened, I was told that they “did not know,” which left me with significant unanswered concerns.
Pet owners deserve clear communication, compassion, and transparency in situations like this.

This place must be incredibly understaffed. I haven't even taken my cats in yet, but it's already a bad experience... My previous vet could not get ahold of them. So I called their number twice and it went to voicemail and said 'the voice mailbox is full.' ???? How do their clients leave a message? The third time I called, someone answered, but put me on hold for now 12 minutes and still waiting....
