Average work, and once clipped my dog and gave him weird haircut around the face and tail, which the stylist admitted to. Worse a few times they power tripped me about taking or not taking your appointment or walk-ins. Suspect it's to do with the employees wanting to minimize their workloads. Luckily there are other branches around here.

They explained the services that my puppy would get and informed me of how he did during the grooming. The products used made my fur baby smell really well, and his fur was nice and soft. I will definitely go back.
