- SRSmerllin RoblesFeb 12, 20261.0Over 6 1/2 hours for a hair cut and still not done when i tried to pick her up the whole hair cut was not done correctly her whole face was uneven and in the body as well . Never coming back Do not waste your time. I had to take her somewhere else to have her to fix her haircut. Also close to 7 hours for a puppy to not drink water or eat or going poop is absurd. I wouldn’t even give a 1 start if I could .

I decided to give it a shot and book an appointment with Matthew because of the other reviews here. Matthew was really nice and had a calm nice demeanor which made me feel comfortable right away! He asked me what kind of cut I was looking to do for my dog and then asked if there’s anything that he should be aware of & took a look at his body. I really liked that because you can tell he cares about the details. He called me after 2.5-3 hours & when I picked up my dog - he was perfect! The cut was what I wanted & he did a really great job on the sanitary areas. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience & results! Thank you!
