- NTnicole thompsonJan 2, 20262.0I am very unhappy with my pets haircut. They did not follow haircut instructions. They barely took any fur off my dog, my pet looks basically the same as when I dropped her off just more fluffy. And the spots that they did trim are uneven and choppy.

I decided to give it a shot and book an appointment with Matthew because of the other reviews here. Matthew was really nice and had a calm nice demeanor which made me feel comfortable right away! He asked me what kind of cut I was looking to do for my dog and then asked if there’s anything that he should be aware of & took a look at his body. I really liked that because you can tell he cares about the details. He called me after 2.5-3 hours & when I picked up my dog - he was perfect! The cut was what I wanted & he did a really great job on the sanitary areas. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience & results! Thank you!

I'm not sure who the other dude was but he wasn't very nice. Needs more training and be more humble. @petco please train your gen staff to be more friendly.
