The staff is unprofessional, the store has had flea infestations, and the manager is unable to answer basic questions or provide clear explanations for the consistently poor service. After this experience, I strongly encourage others to consider different pet stores. We shouldn’t tolerate this level of carelessness, especially from personnel who do not seem properly trained or equipped to look after our pets. Also becarfull is this girl is taking care of you no only she does really bad job but also she is going to give you the most hard time if you complain about her horrible job.
