- MIMary Ivanova2 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible experience at this Petco. We stood in line for an extremely long time while I was holding a lot of items, and the line barely moved. The reason? Out of two employees, only ONE was actually working. And to be very clear — I have zero complaints about the employee who was working. He was doing his job and trying his best. The problem was the other employee, a woman who was just sitting on her phone, drinking Coca-Cola, laughing, and playing games like she was on a break. She looked like she was having a great time — while completely ignoring customers and doing absolutely nothing. Because of her behavior, a huge line formed, and everyone had to wait unnecessarily while ONE employee handled everything alone. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers — and unfair to the employee who was actually working. If someone is scheduled to work, they should do their job, not sit on their phone and ignore customers while the store backs up with people waiting. Very disappointing experience. Petco seriously needs to pay attention to employee behavior and accountability.

I just came to this location because they have parking upstairs. Very convenient, with an elevator that takes you straight inside there store. I came for some dry dog food and cat urine deterrent. The line went quickly , so I was in and out in less then 30 mins!

Luckily, Alexa remembered that there were travel vials of fruit flies that I could feed them in the mean time. She even checked when the next shipment was coming so that I could return, along with other Petco locations that might have fruit flies. Very helpful!
