Our trainer, Nancy, didn’t seem very engaged or professional during the session. She spent about 25 minutes chatting before even meeting my puppy, and when she finally did, she seemed a bit distant and not very interactive. During the class, she only spent a few minutes actually guiding or working with my puppy, and the rest of the time, it felt like my boyfriend and I were doing most of the training on our own. We were hoping for more hands-on instruction and feedback. I understand every trainer has their own style, but I wish the session had been more focused on the puppy and practical training rather than casual conversation.
