- NKN KNov 26, 20251.0Their exchange process is to leave your return then pay for the new products, then you have to call for a refund for your payment. A convoluted and unnecessarily inconvenient process already. I call for the refund only for them to reject my return because it was from a third party vendor. Mind you, this is not the frozen food, it’s the shelf stable pantry food so a handling issue shouldn’t be a problem. Quality dog food brands would stand behind their product, no matter the vendor. I come back to the store to retrieve my rejected return items only to find the door locked in the middle of the day. What an absolute joke this business is. They just love to waste your time.

Don’t fall for the marketing, “fresh” and expensive don’t equate to quality. The quality control is just not there. There is no consistency from pack to pack, I’ve dealt with everything from watery food to grainy food, to leaky packages. And god forbid you buy it from another vendor, because then they will completely wash their hands of the product - zero accountability.
