- LLLauren LeeNov 10, 20251.0They have terrible customer service here. The brand doesn’t stand by their food and will scam you on returns/exchanges. Don’t fall for the marketing, “fresh” and expensive don’t equate to quality. The quality control is just not there. There is no consistency from pack to pack, I’ve dealt with everything from watery food to grainy food, to leaky packages. And god forbid you buy it from another vendor, because then they will completely wash their hands of the product - zero accountability.
