One of my dogs has medical issues and I was concerned about what type of food would be best for her. Geydi, the employee who helped me, was amazing. She was so patient and truly listened to my concerns. She went above and beyond to help me find the best food for my dog. She answered every single question I had and was so friendly while doing so. I will definitely be returning to this location for the fantastic food and the just as fantastic assistance.

I tell them then we have a giant discussion about food cause I’m passionate about it… I’ll be honest - we don’t earn much as veterinarians and the professional discount matters to me … but now having to wait for a particular time to watch that video… it’s harder to come in and not appreciate the discount that I think the vets deserve (watch what happens now that you’ve made it harder on us)… anyways Trevan was really helpful and informative and he felt my pain (empathetic !) and I feel better about paying full price because .. well the quality of the food and … the kid at the desk!
