- RCRose ColinOct 3, 20252.0This was my second time bringing my dog to this groomer. Both the receptionist and the groomer were friendly at drop-off, but my overall experience was disappointing. After paying, an employee came out and loudly announced that my card had been declined. As I went to provide another form of payment, she then clarified it was an error and that the payment had already gone through. Unfortunately, when my dog was brought out, the staff member again mentioned my card being declined in front of other customers, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable.

The Worker “Kim” hung up in my face after I stated I will bring a cash tip to facility to gift to my groomer at a later time. During his rescheduled appointment I had to work so I was not able to be in person to pick up or drop off. She stated over the phone that “So no tip for Jasmine who just spent 1 hours and half on your pup?” Before I could say anything she said I will notate the account & hung right up. This was extremely confusing because I have a monthly pass and stated I will bring the tip up to the facility at a later time. This is my pups first bath here
