  Worst experience ever. Having a membership didn’t matter—every visit had an issue. Their website is broken: clicking grooming books a wash, and instead of fixing it, they refuse to accommodate customers. Grooming was consistently incomplete. They don’t take notes, miss basic things like nail trimming, and when you call to point it out, they tell you to bring your dog back days later rather than fixing their mistake. Customer service is awful, grooming quality is even worse, and the membership is a total waste of money. Would not recommend.

  Love this place! I’m a foster dog mom and Geraldo is literally heaven sent! I have been working with animals for years and I Have never met someone so gentle and so experienced I foster highly reactive dogs with behavior problems and he does so well with them every time Best dog groomers hands-down not only is he great but the staff is amazing as well. They accommodate so well I cannot recommend a better place!!!

  I was a member for about 3 months after furtown melrose closed. i realized after the third groom this wasn't the right place for me. i just don't really like the whole monthly membership, i'd rather be charged the entire amount day of grooming rather than $XX here and $XXX there, but i'm not rating this business for that, as this is my personal preference and isn't based on their service. i had already cancelled the membership earlier that day, but what really sealed the deal that i'd never go back was when i paid on the app and left tip before i even got to the groomers, and as i'm almost to the door to exit with the doggos this lady says extremely loud "did you want to leave gratuity!" like she clearly saw i paid on the app because she let me walk out even discussing payment, and i'm sure she's aware theres theres a tip option on the app. the last time i paid on the app and left tip nobody hounded me for a tip as i walked out either. maybe she thought she was owed more? i don't know. either way, won't be coming back.

  This was my second time bringing my dog to this groomer. Both the receptionist and the groomer were friendly at drop-off, but my overall experience was disappointing. After paying, an employee came out and loudly announced that my card had been declined. As I went to provide another form of payment, she then clarified it was an error and that the payment had already gone through. Unfortunately, when my dog was brought out, the staff member again mentioned my card being declined in front of other customers, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable.
