Banfield has been part of Romeo’s life since day 1 and he’s 9 years old now. He is never scared of going to the vet and always comes back healthy and safe. We are super grateful for such an amazing team - for their kindness, care and compassion every time we visit. Thank you to Banfield!

I brought my cat in with an appointment for an ear infection, I was not allowed to stay with her and she ended up being at the clinic for close to 5 hours . Her treatment was effective but her final bill was close to double the initial quote and didn't even include the microchip which was part.of the initial price quote.

I got a text to review them and it’s not good: A few years ago my cats were getting their annual full body check up. I was told they were healthy from all the blood work and x-rays but that they needed dental work. I was asked to upgrade my plan so my bill would be cheaper so I did. They got sedated got their extractions done. A couple days after that one of my cats was having trouble breathing. I took her back in they said that she had cancer all over her body: lungs, torso… everywhere. They said they could treat her so I agreed. A couple days later she was in distress could not breath it was Thanksgiving paid premium to get her seen in an emergency room near my home. Had to put her down. Was told the cancer with spread all over. Definitely not curable. Back to Banfield and asked them if I can get out of my new updated contract for my now deceased cat. They said no that the death of a pet is not a reason to stop paying the payments since I already had used some of the benefits of the new plan. Literally four days ago because they were incompetent. So they got me for the oral surgery for her. The sedation then they got me for the cancer treatment, and they got me for the premium new plan. I was subscribe to. And I was unable to get any of the money back or get out of the contract, so I paid for a year for my dead cat all within one week. They could have told me after the physical that she had cancer but they waited until after the Unnecessary oral surgery that put her in distress. Week of hell and they took advantage of me caused koas my poor cat rip Fig don’t go here

I’ve been taking Remy there for 4 years now! He gets very excited and pushes the door open! I trust his instincts, I’m sure they treat him well. Staff in nice and helpful.
