This was from a couple of years ago, I was so enraged I think I blocked it out until now. I had an appointment for 10 AM Saturday, where we discussed a pretty serious dental procedure for my dog. He also got some vaccines, one of which was a two dose. There was a follow up appointment for three weeks later, again Saturday at 10, where he was going to get his second dose and we were to discuss the dental procedure further. I left with an appointment card, that in hand written writing said "Appointment, Saturday, 10:00 AM."
So THREE weeks later, after much anticipation I show up, concerned about my dog's dental situation. The girl at the front desk says "We don't take walk ins." I said "I have an appointment." She said, "you're not in our system, we don't take walk ins." So, I go out to my car, get the appointment card (that she personally wrote) come back in show it to her to which she replies "Is this for a vaccine?" I said "Yes, he is getting a vaccine, but were also going to discuss his dental procedure." She said "Well this is for a vaccine only and we don't take walk-ins."
Ok, I AM NOT A WALK-IN! I didn't just WALK-IN. At this point at the very least don't treat me like some bum off the street. All I had was a quick question for the doctor and I would have scheduled the procedure. You would think that after handing her a hand written note that she personally wrote that said APPOINTMENT, 10:00 AM, she would have been able to find a minute for the doctor to talk to me, but it was still "We don't take walk-ins."
I was so livid about the matter, I never went back and had anxiety about going to another vet for a while. He never got the procedure, he is still alive, but his teeth are a MAJOR problem. I really wish they honored their "appointment." I do partly blame myself, but I have temper problem and didn't want to end up in jail over be called a walk-in.

This place wasted my time and completely misled me on pricing. I scheduled an appointment, drove over an hour to get here, and waited more than an hour without a single thing being done. I came in for one simple rabies vaccine for my kitten. That’s it.
Before arriving, I was explicitly told the exam would be $25 and that the shot would cost less than the exam. Once I’m already here and stuck waiting, they suddenly tell me the shot is nearly $40 on top of the $25 exam, totaling $62 for a single rabies shot. That is not what I was told, and changing pricing after someone arrives is unacceptable.
On top of that, they attempted to take my kitten to the back without me present because the doctor “scheduled something else,” despite the fact that I had an appointment and nothing was communicated beforehand. My appointment was at 2:00 pm it’s now almost 3:30 pm and nothing has been done. All she needed is a single shot.
This was disorganized, misleading, and showed zero respect for my time or my pet. If you can’t honor appointments or give accurate pricing upfront, don’t schedule people. I will not be returning and absolutely do not recommend this place.

They have a script that leads to several excellent yet unacceptable test and diagnostic s that range well into the thousands of dollars and have you feel inadequate if unable to pay such high prices when a shot or pill also overpriced treats your pet . It's a shame that very care has become so corrupt
