I took a client's dog there to do some training. It was his first groom and the attendants were so nice. They checked on him and pet him to help him feel more comfortable. They had treats so I could treat the process. It was great.
I am this upset I am writing a 2nd review. My dog did not get a cut for which I paid a total of $190 (outrageous price point) for. 2 weeks later and his fur is getting dark because they didn’t cut it shorter around his feet. Same way the private areas weren’t cut. They only framed a tiny bit the tail and the face, but his eyes were not freed from hair nothing. I find it very upsetting that none of these were mentioned to me. I already had to return as I noticed his nails were not trimmed. But how much do you want to traumatise your dog when you know they dislike the groomer. Wow. Def mot worth your money or the 4.7 star reviews!!

Why is it so darn impossible to make an appointment, I pay a monthly membership but there is NEVER availability and I have to pay for appointments elsewhere what is the point. And what is worse Booking on the APP is infuriating, there is no option for "next available appointment" I am forced to slog through 3 daily time options which are booked usually one two or three weeks out. I tell the staff who are all angels weekly to fix their useless app but nothing changes. Wake up Bowie Barker this is exhausting to get service with the membership when oh when are you going to fix your terrible scheduling app before clients go balístic?!!!! I'd be happy to post this every day until you mar being a member user friendly. Thank you for your continued ignoring of this matter. Plz reach out and offer me a time to get an appointment I pay for monthly!!!!!!!!!!!!

Truly the best price and quality in SFV. Their membership is very reasonable for my type of dog. He also likes going there which is a huge plus. The best part that shines is how timely they are. With my previous groomers, I wouldn't hear anything about my dog for 5 hours. These people (for my dog at least) have been 1 maybe 2 hours max a long with text updates. I also have tried their do it yourself wash and it was very easy.

Worst experience ever.
Having a membership didn’t matter—every visit had an issue. Their website is broken: clicking grooming books a wash, and instead of fixing it, they refuse to accommodate customers.
Grooming was consistently incomplete. They don’t take notes, miss basic things like nail trimming, and when you call to point it out, they tell you to bring your dog back days later rather than fixing their mistake.
Customer service is awful, grooming quality is even worse, and the membership is a total waste of money. Would not recommend.
