This “hospital” is one of the most disappointing veterinary experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived with my sick dog for an 8:30 AM appointment and didn’t leave until about 6 PM. My phone died about 30 mins after the vet called (12:30pm) so I returned to the store (Petsmart) to wait for my dog. They couldn't reach me (my phone died) so instead of poking their head out to see if I'm in the waiting area, they just left it. Mind you, I was VERY present. THEY SAW ME waiting there, walking back & forth, at one point I was looking for my missing earbud for an hour. Despite the long wait, the staff’s energy was cold, rushed, and focused more on payment than care. I literally watched the doctors leave, thats how long I was there waiting on someone to say, "hey, your pet's ready to go"
This is not a hospital — it’s a clinic with a drop‑off system, meaning they take your pet to the back and you have no idea what’s happening. I will never agree to this again. There was no transparency, no updates, and no sense of urgency or compassion.
A nurse called and went over the options and pricing again before the doctor examined my dog. We agreed on a CBC and Urinalysis, and meds.
About an hour or so later, when the veterinarian called me (12:30pm), she told me my dog might be in “grave condition” and that she needed to see an internist. She said that my dog may have something that could be contagious to me as well and so I should see my doctor, too. But when I received the written report, it said almost nothing — just “eye and oral issue.” No explanation, no details, nothing that matched what we discussed, not even my dog's temperature. My dog's severe jaundice wasnt listed, nothing. There was no referral, NOTHING. It felt like I was handed a receipt, not medical documentation. The phone convo was rushed, she didnt care about my dog's history beyond what was typed into the computer upon check-in, even the way the convo ended and she hung up, the whole thing was so cold and transactional. Again, not rude, but as a bartender and server for 20 years, I KNOW cold and transactional. Remember, money is discussed AT LENGTH, but when it comes to care, its abrupt and rushed.
I also noticed a clear difference in how other customers (regulars with healthy dogs) were treated. They received attention and warmth. I did not. I wasn’t rude, and I wasn’t treated rudely — but I was treated like someone whose pet didn’t matter because I couldn’t afford every test they pushed. When I recieved the meds, I was informed 1 was missing that I am to pick up from a pharmacy because it was closed by then. I still have no idea which medication it is, which pharmacy to pick it up from, smh. I was totally over them by then. I just wanted out of there. When I got home is when I realized the paperwork I recieved were not test results at all, but a receipt, so they didnt even perform any tests. The costs were for meds and a prescription for food (i had a coupon for free 1st visit).
I’m grateful they sold me the medications and food my dog needed to be comfortable, but the overall service was unacceptable. I would not return here for anything beyond basic vaccines or a check-up if I were you unless you're willing to spend big on packages and services. I really thought this was a hospital as their name suggests, I would have never brought my sick dog to a glorified pet spa.

We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
