- SSShannon ScottDec 3, 20255.0My kitten Winnie had an abscess and it looked so bad. The Vet Techs and Veterinarian Dr. Kim did an exceptional job, her wound healed up it seemed over night. The Dr. Explained thoroughly all he was going to do in repair of the wound and closure. She has healed and stitches will be coming out soon. They also gave me the best price and made it as affordable as possible for me . My kitten is now healthy again. Thank you for saving my Winnie. Forever grateful.
- SSSharlene ScottJul 4, 20235.0I’ve been using Vetco since January. I have their pet insurance which has several great perks. So far I’ve been very pleased with their care of my two pets. Their Vets are attentive to my concerns regarding the care of my senior dogs.
- SHSue HMay 11, 20221.0Absolutely appalled at how they tried to take advantage of my mom. In addition to trying to tack on waves of services that we didn't need, when we said no to them, they omitted services we DID need, which will now result in having to pay twice for sedation. They wanted over $800 in fees for what my vet charges $150 for. Trying to push over-vaccinating an animal because if THEY don't do it "you won't get a reminder in the mail", and "your cat seems itchy" is a reason to sell flea meds when the cat is treated monthly is unreal. And to run several blood tests because "it's been a while."
