- KDKylie DackApr 4, 20265.0Thank you to the lady working today at the store. I spoke to both the gentleman and the woman about allergy relief for my dog. The woman was extremely knowledgeable and gave me multiple options where as th guy only had one option that he didn’t believe in the allergy relief pills and I should take her to the vet. Honestly he was not welcoming or informative. Give her a raise for actually wanting to help customers and give different options Updating my review because I came back today and the same gentleman who I complained about last time was working today! Apparently he is a stand in manager.. my biggest pet peeve is if talking to one person let that person talk. He always interrupts everyone who Is helping me to put his two cents in . I asked the woman helping me at the counter not you. Your job as a manger is to step in if there is a problem, or oversee that your employees can handle the questions… not push your opinion because you think you know it all.
