    They took great care of Gander , our 10 month old Newfiedoodle! At 85 pounds, she’s a handful, but they did an excellent job. We love the little bows near her ears that have lasted over 24 hours!😊😊

    Love taking Nova get groomed she comes out looking and smelling great!! All the staff are amazing!! I wouldn't take Nova anywhere else.

    Not real happy. I specified NOT to clip ears and she did anyway. Grooming was just ok. She found everything wrong with dogs and charges kept going up. 2 dogs - $188.00. I will not be going back. I should have left right away after hearing charges. My fault. My 2 dogs were not happy.

    Never visit the store again the fat man with the glasses so called is the manager worst customer service of all time I came in and he said that they're short staff so they can't help me out 5 minutes to closing there was no customers besides me the lady offered to help me get the fat manager with glasses shut her down worst experience ever then the disabled man comes up to the window about a minute after 8:00 man comes to the door about one minute after 8:00 and asked if they could please help him that it take him a while to get to the door that he's been in the parking lot but because of the disability he couldn't get to the door in time fat manager help him but what did the fat manager say no in sent him away by far the worst experience to any Petco ever I recommend no one going to this place I'll travel to Santa Maria any day
