- ABAngela BarreraDec 28, 20251.0Assistant Manager Taylor is extremely rude. Tried to purchase two birds was told by him that he wouldn't sell me the birds until I had my bigger cage set up . Told my daughter he would hold two birds for her, guaranteed her he would not allow anyone to purchase them while she went home to set up her new cage. Returned to purchase the birds and he had already sold them . Then he refused to sell my already upset child another bird because he couldn't take accountability for his actions. I was told he's refusing to sell me a bird for me to drive to Santa Maria to purchase a bird. My daughter left heartbroken in tears and now has an empty cage setup with no bird .

Im a senior and need the assistance and the on-line purchase seems to be a tad less expensive which also assists my budget. Not helpful. Can anything be done to change this.

I was about to ask if I could pull my car up to the curb to load up when Angel appeared and took my two bags of 40lb cat litter to the car for me. He was very polite and sweet, but I wish the store could save his back (and other employees) by letting us take our carts outside
