Veterinarian availability varies—book an appointment to ensure one is onsite. Clinics provide only routine vaccines and preventive tests. For emergencies, visit the nearest emergency vet hospital.
Rita at Vetco clinic inside this petco was very unprofessional and very rude. I went to get my kitten a shot there and the whole check in process was awful. Even with explaining the packages for me and not even knowing what shot I was there for when I was there last time, this was just another dose she was lazy and didn’t want to look it up. She just kept trying to sell packages to me when I said no thank you and had an attitude. I ended up leaving I was so offended and am also going to talk to Vetco supervisor about what happened. The last time I went there when I had someone else I had such great service. I’m very sad she ruined it for me. I don’t ever want to go back.

After spending nearly 5k on three kitts at the veterinarian, finding and accessing this clinic on a Sunday for 2 more kitts certainly gave my wallet relief. The vet techs are so polite and friendly. The kittens were not traumatized and we all went home happily.

The vet employees Where the actual care is given. The vet tech and employeesLaughing and joking with the customers. We only get 5 minutes to talk to you about our dog. Dogs were not taken in order of appointmentsThe man behind me was fed up. He and I had appointments last Sunday. And those were canceled. So we both had rescheduled to this Sunday.
