- JFJennie Fuller2 days ago1.0I realize it’s hard to prove but after having my dog groomed at this facility, she got a very bad ear infection in both ears that cost me over $500 for an emergency vet visit and a follow up visit to my vet to resolve. And they also expected me to pay and tip before the dog was even groomed. Needless to say, I will not return to this business to have my dog groomed again.

She has continued to try different things to gain his trust (he is old and doesn’t like his face touched) and has tried several ways of grooming him to provide him with the best possible grooming service. He was happy , usually he come home mad from other groomers and doesn’t speak to me ! Great job great service !

Never called us to give us the update, that they were not going to be able to do it. My dogs ear was cut and they never told us. So unprofessional!!! When we went to pick him up they never mentioned it either and all staff was so rude! I will never bring my dog there again!
