  Pésimo atención al cliente. Hoy domingo 19 del 2026 .7:21om asistimos a la tienda a compra alimento para nuestras mascotas . Desde que llegamos el señor Gael fue poco servicial. Le preguntamos por el producto Blue Buffalo . chicken and brown rice . Y prácticamente nos dijo. Que si no lo encontrábamos . En Walmart lo encontraríamos. Finalmente encontramos el producto. Al pagar dimes el número telefónico de mi sobrina y inmediatamente me solicitó el correo electrónico ya que le mostraba 2 personas . Siento que fue grosero incompetente y grosero. Ya que siempre que voy solo con el número telefónico es suficiente. Estoy molesta por su actitud, su falta de atención al cliente . Señor gerente de la tienda podría hacer algo al respecto

  While the floor staff was accommodating the cashier was NOT. My dog keepers is a new rescue so I took him to choose whatever he wants , he made the choice of a non hide bone and was walking around with it. When we made it to the cashier she said she needed the paper .. when he picked it there was no paper on it.. in a rude tone she goes “ I guess I will have to go find what it is” is said I could tell you what it is” she than rolled her eyes and said no, she needs the actual paper. I than stayed I would go and get another one .. I went got it and came back and I joked that he found his bone and loved it.. she didn’t say a word .. just disappointed in the lack of service and niceness. I am a regular customer but seems personalized human nature is lacking … I won’t be back

  Perfect.Number one second to none.Needed help with the dog tag machine.Clerk did it for me.This is why I go to petco for my pet needs.Staff is always happy to help.The groomers always make my daughters dog mickey look his best.Again thank you petco for the help I needed.

  The atmosphere of the store was chaotic and depressing. Chaotic because the store was extremely disorganized, aisles crowded, filthy floors and debris everywhere. The store had an intense smell as I walked in due to the cricket bins that were located right near the registers in the front of the store. Shelves were poorly stocked and selection was limited due to the small amount of waist high shelving throughout the aisles. The depressing part came when my family and I made our way down to the animals. PETCO stores should exist to provide essentials for the well-being and happiness of animals. Yet all I witnessed were conditions that were unexceptable. Poorly cleaned habitats, improper housing setups, dirty display glass, half of the habitats had lighting and algae/film building up on all the fish tanks. There was a smell of urine around the pocket pets and aviary section. Customer service during shopping and at checkout was non-existent. The woman who assisted us at the register had a poor demeanor. We were not asked if we found everything okay, received no acknowledgement of the donation we gave and did not receive a "have a nice day" or "thank you for coming in". Self-checkout would have been a much better experience. This store needs a serious revamp or it should close its doors.

  Store appears poorly taken care of, extremely dirty floor every time I've went, supplies are barely restocked (looking for specific pet food but its hardly refilled, same with wipes and other pet supplies). I also saw some expired supplements for dogs so now I check all the expiration dates on products. Would drive a bit farther out to the PetSmart in Dublin; their store is a lot cleaner and appears well taken care of.
