Upon arrival, the staff immediately refused service, citing an internal rule that was never communicated during scheduling or in writing. Despite explaining the urgency—that the kittens were being adopted the next day—the staff showed zero empathy or willingness to be helpful. Instead, they repeated their stance condescendingly, forcing me to spend extra money on additional carriers just to proceed. I had driven 25+ minutes to get there, and rather than care for customers, the employees chose to hide behind poor policies and broken communication. Their lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic customer care was shocking. With 9 pets of my own, I would have been a valuable long-term customer, but after this experience, I strongly advise avoiding this location.
