We didn’t realize until we got home, so we called the store to see if they could fix over the phone (since they processed it with just our phone number anyway and could have done this remotely to fix their mistake), but they refused and said we needed to come back to the store. I asked the manager for her name (Nicole) so I could ask for her assistance at the store, but instead, she gave me the rudest attitude and said “would you like my employee ID number too?”. I gave her feedback that she should probably have her employees trained correctly to avoid this mistake in the future, and with that unwarranted attitude, I’d be calling their customer service number instead.

I brought 3 kittens for vaccines in one large carrier (as the confirmation email only stated “cats must be in carriers,” with no mention of requiring separate ones). Upon arrival, the staff immediately refused service, citing an internal rule that was never communicated during scheduling or in writing. Despite explaining the urgency—that the kittens were being adopted the next day—the staff showed zero empathy or willingness to be helpful. Instead, they repeated their stance condescendingly, forcing me to spend extra money on additional carriers just to proceed. I had driven 25+ minutes to get there, and rather than care for customers, the employees chose to hide behind poor policies and broken communication. Their lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic customer care was shocking. With 9 pets of my own, I would have been a valuable long-term customer, but after this experience, I strongly advise avoiding this location.
