- WTWendy TroutOct 10, 20252.0I had surgery on my dog and not only did they leave a gel residue on her that matted her fur, but she also must have had an accident that they didn’t clean her up well after. Found dried up poop on her fur when we got home. For how outrageous the prices are, the least they can do is make sure your dog is clean when they give them back to you, just like they are clean when we drop them off to you. Also severely low staffed. No one at desk to check me in at the time they told me to be there to drop her off. Then when I showed up at the time they gave me to pick her up, same thing. No one was at front desk and no one came out from the back for at least 15 minutes. Highly unprofessional and I’m very disappointed!

They didn't push for any additional bloodwork or basic lab testing to figure out what's wrong. Just go to a traditional vet hospital, some have discounts for new patients.
