- AHAl HaysJul 19, 20251.0Worst experience ever. The booking process was all messed up. Gave me a time then randomly changed it to 15 minutes earlier. When I showed up at the time I agreed upon on the phone they said I was late but would handle the nail clipping anyway. The person ( I would be generous calling her a groomer) took my dog in the room and was very rough with her,like she didn't have the time to be bothered with the job she was supposed to be getting paid to do. I would never, ever go back there or recommend that place to anyone. I just wish I would have gotten her name because I would caution the public about avoiding her.
