I stated very clearly that my dog simply needed flea meds and had severe anxiety. I was assured they could assist me in aquiring what I needed. I became very clear they however were not able to handle my dog's severe anxiety with neither grace, compassion or composure. They traumatized my dog, me and everyone else in the store. It was awful and they were unable to prescribe the meds needed and we left, traumatized and still having fleas. When I stated my pet had severe anxiety all the vet had to do was say they were unable to handle that and I would have respected that. Now, what a mess.
