I would give 4-5 stars but I typically do not receive a printed or digital copy of the estimate/bill or the visit summary, nor can I access it only. I have only received them for one visit. My last visit was for the puppy’s vaccinations. I purchased the puppy package because I was informed vaccinations and fecal tests would be covered (approx $650). After they took the pup to the back and while in lobby, I received a text to approve charges for a fecal re-test and flea med. No one came out to discuss what was recommended or needed prior to the text. I had to inform the receptionist that I had questions… then someone came out to go over everything with me. Not providing the after-visit documentation electronically or on paper, nor being able to access it online (especially when a prescription is given) is already a downfall but it is expected here. But requesting auth to pay for something that was not explained left a bad taste in my mouth. I completely understand that we get busy at work and, as employees, the same day-to-day tasks/transactions causes us to be on auto pilot.. and for that, an extreme amount of grace is given because the service is generally decent. But missing the small touches makes it apparent that the customer service touch is fading. I will still continue to go there.

And Carolina went the extra miles for me - repeated directions for this old brain and was so wonderful with my dog. I would recommend them to everyone who loves their pet.
