If I called to check pick up time to figure out with kid's schedule, he always answered with angry tone and makes me feel bad after talking to him. What is wrong with his attitute? Is he my boss or what? And once the stylist was busy and she forgot to put schedule my dog when I changed the date ( I called a few days to change the date), the owner was angry at me and blame I didn't bring my dog on the original date. What is wrong with him? He thinks Is this only pet salon in the world? I don't wanna go there anymore.
