My husband went to pick up our dog up from his grooming appt and waited about 5 mins at the desk he had no direction on what he was supposed to do. He ended up helping himself paid for the groom went back and our dog was whining to get to him. The lady told him to “Stop chill dude” to our dog. He was just excited to see my husband after his haircut. I don’t think that is professional way to talk to dogs. Why not open the door and let him out if it’s such an issue.Then my husband asked where is the leash and she says “idk with an attitude”. Just not helpful or professional. We were not satisfied and it was our dogs birthday. We will never return to that location again. Extremely disappointed.
- FPFrank PJul 19, 20251.0Horrible experience overall. Charged way too much. We had 3 dogs groomed over 2 days and it was $400. On top of that, one dog came home with bleeding ears which we weren't told about and the following day another one came back with a hairstyle we didn't ask or approve of. And they also tried adding extra services on the groom. When questioned about it they said the person who made the appointment requested it. I made the appointment and did no such thing. I will never trust my dogs with them again. Update: I've contacted the 800 number to Petco 3 times to lodge my complaint. They say someone will get back to me but they never do. Next step..... Court. As you can see in the picture, this is how our dog came, bleeding. Unacceptable.
