This location closes on time and the staff is friendly. I would give it a 5 but the fact that they only have 2 shopping carts affects the experience. If you are in a rush and you need to grab a lot of stuff get there early to get a cart.

I love this store! Ann Marie in grooming and the other cashier staff are so helpful. My pet can get her vaccines through the vaccine service that travels there which is great and affordable. My 4 years old 4.6 lb Pappilion has been getting her nails trimmed each month for the last year in grooming. The other day she received her first professional grooming. I have not trusted anyone with her and have been bathing her and trimming her fur myself. In fear of too much being taken off. My girl Catie (Catherine the Great) came back perfectly groomed she had her fur with slight trim just they way I described to Ann Marie, ears clean, blow dryed hair brushed and smoothed out with mats removed.Thank you Ann Marie and Petco Lake Elsinore!
