I called to ask a simple question, and the person who identifies as "Dana" hung up on me twice as soon as I started speaking. I do have an accent, but there was no reason to treat me that way. Fortunately, another receptionist later answered and was very kind and helpful.

My senior seal point rag doll cat wouldn't have made it to the amazing age of 19 without all the loving attention and expert treatment he received.
